Website Build Checklists
Site Icons - Check SEO & SETTINGS > SITE ICONS, create the icons, if they exist, make sure they look good, and check the social network image is the right size and not just an icon
Pages Titles and Descriptions - Check home and internal pages, also add the home page Title/Description to the SEO & SETTINGS > SEO section
Theme - Under THEME tab make sure all the fonts H1 to H6, the primary/secondary buttons, and set the global colours
Business Info - Go to the CONTENT tab > CONNECTED DATA (CMS) > BUSINESS INFO, make sure it's filled in as much as possible
Online Accounting - Check the content MYOB and XERO and update the default text
Forms - Check all the forms that the email submission and thank you notification is correct.
Lock the HEADER - Check Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile
Mobile Menu - Check the Mobile menu has been coloured and customised for the Tablet and Mobile view and if it has contact info, that the info is correct
SITE.CSS - Check for and remove junk code and the hex colour for the link hover
404 Page - Check the 404 page, make sure it's our default, if not import the custom section and add the links
Logo ALT – Check/add ALT text on the logo. Ensure logo links to homepage.
Powered By - Ensure CCH powered by link in footer is displaying correctly, and site has sitemap link, and copyright notice including ‘year’ script.
Pre-check - Follow Instructions - Go to the pre-design setup page , follow the instructions.
Stock Images - Change the default images from the base home section
Index Icons - Check the index icon pages styles for Resources, Services and Contact pages
Resources - Check the Resources content for colours, layouts, and the correct country
Contact Details - Check the Contact page details are correct and check any Location Maps, on the Home page and Contact pages
Service Icons - Check the Service Icons pages, make sure the up-icons are coloured and linked correctly
Professional Features - If the site is not PRO change/remove any login buttons, navigation items, or features
Social Media - Make sure any social media URL's has been added to any feature icons and added to the BUSINESS INFO
Blog - Check the design of the blog feed page and the blog layout page, adjust to suit design.
Pre-check - Client Access - In the overview remove the clients' republish access temporarily
Pre-check - Backup - Backup the current site before doing the design update.
Pre-check - Clean CSS - Wipe all 3 CSS pages from each page, 3 pages under Header/Footer and 5 pages under Site HTML/CSS.
Client Access - In the overview reinstate the clients' republish access
