Website Cancellation Process

LABEL

Locate the site in the main sites list

Tick the box next to the site and select 'Assign labels'

Assign the appropriate 'CANCELLED' label


SUSPEND CLIENT ACCESS

Go to the 'Sashboard' > 'Site Overview'

Scroll down to 'Client's' and click the 3 dots next to the name of the client and select 'Manage Access'

Click the 'Suspend Access' button and confirm (do this for all clients in the list).


UNPUBLISH SITE

Go back to Site Overview and select the edit button at the top of the page.

Go to SEO & Settings and select 'Site Domain'

Click the 'Unpublish' button at the bottom of the page and confirm


CLOSE CASE

Set 'Resolution 1' to 'Cancelled' and close the case


Please note: if the site has a Pro licence you need to make sure Client Portal has been deactivated if this was activated during the migration (there will be a SCM to iFirm Client Portal case for the customer if it has). You can message/email the person who assigned the cancellation case to deactivate CP if this has not been done.



Also, if there is still an active online calcs asset this needs to be cancelled. You can message/email the person who assigned the cancellation case.
